Issue with bone jiggle past frame 100 - heeeelp please

So basically, I have a normal fresh 3ds max scene - when my scene reaches past frame 100 - the whole mesh starts spazzing out and acting like jelly!

What is this, is it a bug?

I'm very confused.

I should mention it only happens when I'm viewing the "modify panel" so for instance, It'll be fine at frame 200; then I'll click the "modify" panel to adjust the bones pro stack, and the whole model freaks out and is unrecoverable beyond frame 100...

It looks like a glitch associated with frame 100 or something?
