Hello Fruin,

did you install any other 3d-io Plugin? Do you have it on laptop or some virtual-mashine that changes always the MAC or hadrware IDs? In this case it can happen FlatIron recognise it as different computer. This is no problem, we can send you another 14 days lic.
Please do following steps:

"2: This download also includes the license manager. You can find it in your
start menu (START - FlatIron or Unwrella - LICENSE MANAGER)
Start the license manager and use it to generate an installation code

3: To do so, fill out the 'User Name' field in the lower half of the license
manager (titled 'Registration of new Products') and click on the Generate
button. You will receive an Installation code in the text field next to the
button.

4: Copy this code into the license request form here:
http://www.3d-plugin.com/activation/
Fill out the rest of the form and click the send button."
