I seem to have missed out on something in the videos or manual.
I am unwrapping a hard edged model - a building. I have a part of it here:

I did not create this model, but I have to work on it for another project.
The Mental Ray shaders are a bit of a mess, as you can see, and I did not seem to be able to bake the textures correctly, looking at the exported file in Marmoset.
I had set FlatIron to render in channel 3 and then to overwrite the existing textures so they'd export right as O OBJ export. I'd also set the initial bake to 3144x3144 to test
As you can see - the file renders very differently in Marmoset Toolbag, texture-wise.

Could someone please help me by telling me what I am doing wrong?
