bake bitmap alpha channel on opacity

In my scene I have some objects with materials like this :

The bitmap node is a ".dds" file. The RGB channels of the bitmap is connected to "diffuse color", and the alpha channel of the same bitmap is connected to "opacity".
I want to bake it, so I prepare bake elements like this :

My problem is the baked AlphaMap.png ignores the alpha channel from the original file : the background is black, and the UV's are entirely white...

Can you help to find a solution please ? Thank you
